How to be healthy.
It is proverb that Early get up in the morning:wise a man healthy,wealty and wise.Every disease is cure by yoga.At this every man has tension because man has create a web itself. It is my personnel experience that after doing YOGA I have left cold,allergy and stomach related problem.It is requested that every one should YOGA IN early morning (05-00-6-00 AM).Because disease create money problem.metionally tension and socially disturb.Specially ALLERGY PATIENT NOTE IT AND DO YOGA.
IT IS ONLY YOGA THAT CAN GIVE RELIEF TO YOU BY ALLERGY.Yoga also give mansik shanti,happyness and stamina majboot.If stamina is increasing then every thing is going on better.
Every day spend half an hour and be wealthy with money.because original money is healty body/sharir.
Half an hour YOGA AND 20 MINUTES EXERCISE CAN MAKE FIT TO YOU. FIRST YOU TRY IT THEN SUGGEST IT SO MANY PEOPLE.

FOR LDC:TYPING SPEED AND PRIFIENCY TEST
BASIC KNOWLEDGE ABOUT COMPUTER LIKE CIC,RSCIT COURSE.RPSC CONDUCT A COMMON EXAM FOR ALL DEPARTMENTS.AFGER DECLARE RESULT RPSC TAKE SHORTHAND AND TYPING TEST.WRITTEN TEST AND SHORTHAND OR TYPING TEST.THEN DECLARE A FINAL RESULT.
At the time of form filling,RPSC require a choice list for deparment,for example: RPSC,GOVT.SECTT.SUBORDINATE DEPARTMENTS.After declaration final result,RPSC send a list choice related departments.If we deserve according to merit list,we can get job in GOVT.SECRETAIT,RPSC AND OTHER DEPARTMENTS.
Except it,some posts are also in secretatiat:Vidhi rachanakar.It post also have better salary and better promotion chance.
Qualification for Vidhi rachanakar is : LLB AND Graduation with Hindi or English subject.
